I spent my career as a test engineer in manufacturing: building and programming the equipment that tests products before they ship, and the quality dashboards that tell the plant what is really happening. That world runs on work instructions, process maps, and continuous improvement. Nothing improves unless it is first written down and measured.
Alejo Automations exists because small businesses deserve that same discipline. AI can generate code and answers all day, but it cannot tell you how your shop actually runs. That knowledge is the foundation, and most generic AI vendors skip it.
